Waste Management and Minimisation Plan 2011–2017
The Regional Waste Management and Minimisation Plan outlines the high level strategy for the future, by which the Hutt, Upper Hutt, Wellington, Porirua City Councils, Kapiti
Coast District Council and Wairarapa Councils undertake to provide a
cost effective, high quality refuse collection and disposal service that
is funded by those who use it.
