This page provides the Upper Hutt City Council Meeting Schedule for 2013. The meeting schedule for 2013 (cycles 1-6) were approved by Council at
its meeting on Wednesday 19 September 2012. Cycles 7 and 8 will be
scheduled after the 2013 elections.

The following meetings have also been scheduled for 2013 ...
| 1) | Hutt Valley Services Committee - Friday 24 May at 9am |
| 2) | Extraordinary Council Meeting - Tuesday 28 May at 9am and Wednesday 29 May at 4:30pm The purpose of this meeting is to hear submissions on the draft Annual Plan 2013/14. |
| 3) | Hearing Panel - Thursday 30, Friday 31 May and Wednesday 5 June at 8:30am. The purpose of this meeting is to hear submissions in respect to proposed Plan Change 15 (Flood and Erosion Hazard Areas). Please note that Wednesday 5 June is a reserve day if required. |
| 4) | Extraordinary Council Meeting - Wednesday 26 June at 3:30pm and Wednesday 29 May at 4:30pm The purpose of this meeting is to adopt the Annual Plan 2013/14. |

| * The Local Government New Zealand Conference is scheduled to be held in Hamilton 21 to 23 July 2013. All meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Level 3, Civic Administration Building, 838-842 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt with the exception of the Hutt Valley Services Committee Meeting which will be held in the Hutt City Council Chambers, 30 Laings Road, Lower Hutt. |
