Sunday Train Rides at Silverstream Railway Museum
| Description: | See the age of steam continue to be maintained and cared for. Train rides in restored carriages of the wartime era, hauled by vintage and veteran steam and diesel locomotives. Also displays of memorabilia and a shop. |

EXPRESSIONS - Take Flight Create a Kite - Sunday 27 July
| Description: | TAKE FLIGHT - Create a Kite FREE Family Kite Making Day Bring the family, large or small. Learn about kites, make one for all, Whatever the weather, lets get together, Fun for all ages and for all stages, Give it a try, c'mon and fly. One basic kite kit per family to assemble, decorate and fly on the day. This is an indoor activity where families can get together and learn about kites and create memories. Ted Howard from Rainbow Flight Kites in Nelson will be conducting the workshops on the day. Pre-register by Wednesday 23rd July and go in the draw to win a stunt kite for your family. Bookings on the day subject to availability. SPOT PRIZES and FAMILY FUN! |

Wellington Road Running & Walking Championship - Saturday 25 August
| Description: | The race will start and finish on the roads inside the Campus but will use Somme Road, Messines Avenue, Gallipoli road and Pinehill Crescent. The race goes clockwise around these roads. Roads will not be closed and competitors must keep within one and a half metres of the kerb. |

Rimutaka Trust Spring Festival - Saturday 6 September
| Description: | The 7th Annual Rimutaka Trust Upper Hutt Spring Festival is coming!! Please note there will be NO 'rained Off' alternate date. Due to the nature of this event, registration fees are non-refundable. The Spring Festival will go ahead rain or shine.
