Community noticeboards and temporary signage

There are eight community noticeboards for use by clubs and organisations for promoting events that will be held in Upper Hutt. Community noticeboards can be booked using our online form.

Free photocopying and printing

Community Organisations and Clubs based in Upper Hutt are entitled to 1200 A4 (single sided) pages of black and white copying each year at no cost.

Printing Request forms are available from our reception (838-842 Fergusson Drive).

If you would like to send requests electronically they can be emailed to askus@uhcc.govt.nz . Please supply your:

  •  Name

  • Contact Details

  • Club/Group name

  • Printing Requirements

Requests need to be submitted as early as possible and will be completed within 5 working days. Printing is to be picked up from Council reception.
