Kingsley Heights is a relatively new suburb of Upper Hutt, established in the 1980’s, featuring large, modern family homes and only a stones-throw away from the CBD and one of Upper Hutt’s most prestigious parks: Maidstone.

It is a quiet, peaceful area which offers a presiding sense of community which makes it a desirable location for raising a family or for singles looking for the security of a tight-knit neighbourhood.
Kingsley Heights sits on a hill overlooking the city’s CBD, and is only a 15 minute walk away from the centre of town. This makes it an extremely convenient location and provides easy access to all manner of amenities.

The suburb also provides access to Maidstone Park and its downhill mountain biking track.

Although well established in its centre, the suburb is still expanding into neighbouring hills, and there are a number of vacant sections available.
