Mangaroa Valley Road closed due to a slip

Akatarawa Road closed due to slip

3:00 pm update Contractors are allowing vehicles through the site on a sporadic basis while clearing continues. There are more slips beyond the initial site but the road is currently passable through to Waikanae. Drivers are advised to exercise extreme caution. Pakuratahi Forest Felling on Remutaka Cycle Trail
